Most women wouldn't dare reveal how much they weigh but Caroline Manzo has got nothing to lose—other than a few pounds.

The former Real Housewives of New Jersey matriarch recently announced her weight loss goal on her website. And also revealed how much she currently weighs. "5’1″ tall 148.5 – to hell with that," she wrote of her current physique. She posted a photo with her trainer Guy who she said is going to help her get down to 118 pounds.

Caroline isn't toting any supplement or specific fitness craze, she credits her weight loss (three pounds so far!) to "Proper Diet, Exercise, Vitamins."

Although she's a traditional Italian cook, known for her fried meatballs, Caroline has been tweeting the details of some of her healthy meal choices including lemon greek yogurt and blueberries for breakfast and a turkey burger and beets for lunch.

Caroline, whose new pilot Manzo'd with Children will premiere on Bravo, is also trying new forms of exercise and recently tweeted about her first tennis lesson.
