The 'Millionaire Matchmaker' star opens up about going under the knife.

Patti Stanger has helped hundreds of people boost their confidence on the dating scene—and now the Millionaire Matchmaker is revealing how she increased her own morale when it comes to her personal life: plastic surgery.

Patti is now opening up about how several cosmetic surgeries made her feel better about dating. "I had my first breast reduction and lift five years ago," she tells Life & Style. "Then I had another one. I felt skinny and young again!"

She didn't stop there. Patti also got a face lift and an eye lift in 2011. "I felt pretty and like I could go out, date, and compete with all the young girls," she says.

That may have been for naught: soon after, Patti met mortgage broker David Krause and fell in love. "When I met [him], he thought I was younger than I was! He didn't care, though, when he found out my real age."

And she's been happier ever since she fell in love. "Two years ago, I was depressed because I hadn't found the true love of my life," she said recently. "I was like, 'What's wrong with me? I'm smart. I make money. I'm pretty. What's going on?'"

Patti I just love you. You look so great and I love how you told that creepy Stacy off. If she wants to have you help her, she should treat you with more respect. She is not Attractive at all and then to make her date watch her cheap video was too much. You tell her Patti! I hope you don't let her back....

I admire Ms.Stanger for readily admitting the obvious regarding her face lift and must say, it is one of the better ones I have seen, at least on camera.   She has long claimed that she met her beau, David Krause, on the internet site "Plenty of Fish", giving us ladies in our forties and fifties real hope that we might also find our true loves on one of these many dating websites.   However, she is now stating that her man thought that she was younger than she was, given her revitalised appearance;  does this mean that she lied (to put it bluntly) about her age on her profile?!  And is she recommending that we do the same, given that it is often easier to share the truth about these sorts of things in person, after one has met and charmed the socks off him?       An example of this would be that many years ago, I met a man on a 'plane and then dated him for a full month before sharing the fact that I had four children with him.  I didn't feel that it was any of his business, and I would not have dreamt of introducing anyone to them unless I was extremely serious.  It was not until I was ready to be physically intimate with him that I told him, and by then, he was 'hooked', so to speak.  He did indeed admit that he would never have gone on a single date with me had he known I had a child, let alone four!   Yet he turned out to be fabulous with them, which proves my point...       So Patti, "Please tell us the real story for those of us who are still looking for our 'Last & Final Man' !!"

I give Patti Stanger a lot of credit for being honest about her plastic surgery. I watch the show all the time and I never really noticed that she had anything done. I thought she bought a different bra. God Bless her for being honest!!!

Funny that you needed cosmetic surgery to make you feel good about your appearance, but yet you fell in love with a man that obviously looks his age.  What a double standard.  apparently you feel that women has to physically look a certain way to find love.  Sad.  Looks will always fade with time but a true love relationship is based on whats on the inside.
