Whoa, baby! After giving birth to son Skyler Morrison Berman in March, Rachel Zoe received a present far more enjoyable than smelly diapers and 3 a.m. feedings. "I got a push present — a Neil Lane ring. I love it," Rachel gushed to People about her stunner from hubby Rodger.

And holy mackerel: Rachel's ring is nearly 10 carats of cushion-cut diamond perfection set in platinum, rumored to be worth $250,000. This put Rachel in Real Housewives of Orange County's Peggy Tanous league: the former model and TV host received a Bentley from husband Micah as her push present.

"Rodger wanted to surprise Rachel with something romantic — and huge," the jeweler behind Rachel's impressive rock tells People. Well done, Rodg, well done.

"It was their first baby and she's been working so hard that Rodger wanted to do something very special. Rachel was thrilled and hasn't taken it off since!" Lane continues. Of course, the Rachel Zoe Project star admits her little boy is her most precious gift of all. "I put a smile on his face. That's the most amazing thing I've ever done." Aw, sweetness.
